It features a complete reinforced platform top with a slip-proof protective cover and sturdy single-wheeled castors. The base also comes with supportive U clips for easy attachment.
  • Versatile Storage Options: Tailor the Plush Divan to your needs with various storage drawer options, including no drawers, 2 drawers on the same side, 2 drawers at the footend, or 4 drawers.
  • Elegant Fabric Choices: The divan is available in three premium damask fabric colors: Grey, White, and Black. Depending on the size, the divan comes in one or two parts, with an approximate base height of 12 inches (30cm).

    • Carrier and Timing: Our trusted national carrier ensures swift deliveries across the UK. Deliveries are made between 7 am and 9 pm.

    • Order Updates: After placing your order, once your item is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification with a link allowing you to select an appropriate delivery day. RETURNS POLICY:

 

    • Change of Mind: If for any reason you wish to return an item, you have a grace period of 14 days post-delivery to do so. Kindly reach out to us at info@silenthomebeds.co.uk, and we will guide you through the return procedure.

    • Damaged or Faulty Goods: We stand by the quality of our products. If, however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. Please ensure that such items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

    • Return Duration & Refunds: Goods must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date. Once we receive the returned items, please allow 2-4 working days for the refund to be processed.

    • Return Charges: For returns, a collection fee of £100 is applicable unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. It is imperative that returned items are in their original packaging and remain undamaged.
