DELIVERY INFORMATION:

After placing your order, once your item is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification with a link allowing you to select an appropriate delivery date.

Unpacking and assembly on the room of choice + Removal of the item packaging (Available for £49.99 on selected products)

 


    • Fast and Free Delivery: We pride ourselves in providing fast and free delivery to most parts of the United Kingdom*.

    • Carrier and Timing: Our trusted national carrier ensures swift deliveries across the UK. Deliveries are made between 7 am and 9 pm.

    • Order Updates: After placing your order, once your item is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification with a link allowing you to select an appropriate delivery day. If you prefer, you can send us a message post-order (Please email us at info@silenthomebeds.co.uk), and we’ll adjust the delivery date for you. Do remember, however, that delivery dates might vary based on your location.

    • Pre-Delivery Notification: A day before your scheduled delivery, we’ll send you an indicative delivery time through text or email. Kindly note that these are estimated timings based on the carrier’s route and cannot be custom-selected.

    • Location of Delivery: Deliveries are made up to the communal entrance of your property. Our couriers are instructed not to carry items beyond this point for safety and insurance reasons.

    • Receipt Confirmation: By accepting your order upon delivery, you confirm that the order has been received in its intended condition.

    • Geographical Restrictions:

       

        • Free delivery is applicable to Mainland UK only. Postcodes: AB, DD, DG, FK, TD, TR, PA, PH, IV, KW, KY are exceptions.

        • If your postcode is among the aforementioned, there is a £49.99 delivery fee. 

        • Please note that we don’t cater to deliveries for Off-Shore Islands, which includes regions like Northern Ireland, Jersey, and the Channel Islands.

    • Insurance: For your assurance, all our deliveries are fully insured. In the rare event of any damage during transit, we offer a free exchange.


 

RETURNS POLICY:

 

    • Change of Mind: If for any reason you wish to return an item, you have a grace period of 14 days post-delivery to do so. Kindly reach out to us at info@silenthomebeds.co.uk, and we will guide you through the return procedure.

    • Damaged or Faulty Goods: We stand by the quality of our products. If, however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. Please ensure that such items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

    • Return Duration & Refunds: Goods must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date. Once we receive the returned items, please allow 2-4 working days for the refund to be processed.

    • Return Charges: For returns, a collection fee of £100 is applicable unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. It is imperative that returned items are in their original packaging and remain undamaged.
